Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BacklinkPlace. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using BacklinkPlace on behalf of a company, you agree to these Terms for that company.

The service

BacklinkPlace is a first-party publisher network for editorial backlinks. We own and operate a network of real, established niche editorial portals. You browse the network by niche, Domain Rating, and live organic traffic, then order an editorial sponsored article or a niche edit with a contextual do-follow link. We write the content, publish it on the matching portal we own, and report the live link. Features and the number of placements depend on the plan you choose.

What we provide and what we do not

We place genuine editorial content on publications we own, with clear FTC sponsored disclosure. This is white-hat digital PR: relevant articles, real audiences, and contextual links. We do not operate PBNs or link schemes. We do not promise specific Google rankings or guarantee any particular SEO outcome. Search engines control rankings, and nothing in these Terms is a promise about them.

Your responsibilities

  • You confirm you have the right to promote the URLs and brands you submit, and that the content you ask us to link to is lawful.
  • You will not submit content or links that are illegal, deceptive, infringing, adult, or otherwise prohibited.
  • You will keep your account credentials secure and are responsible for activity under your account.

Editorial discretion

Because we own the portals, we retain editorial control. We will produce reader-first articles to a professional standard and place your link naturally in context. We may decline or adjust an order that does not fit a portal's audience, that risks the integrity of the network, or that conflicts with these Terms.

Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance, in United States dollars, for the placements included in your plan. Plans are month to month and you may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or where we have not yet begun work on a placement. There is no free plan.

Delivery and reporting

Most placements go live in about 5 to 7 days, though timing can vary with topic and volume. When a placement is live, we deliver a live-link report with the published URL and the portal's verifiable Domain Rating and Google Analytics organic traffic. We do not control whether or how search engines index or rank a given page.

Availability

We work to keep the service and the portal network reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may add, change, or retire portals and features over time. If a published article is later removed for editorial or legal reasons, we will work in good faith to provide a comparable replacement placement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, BacklinkPlace is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost rankings, traffic, or revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you and will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
